1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on a business day or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Holiday & Sale Periods: Please note that during major holidays or sale events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will work diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union. Please note that some restrictions may apply based on your specific location.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The estimated delivery times below are based on carrier estimates and do not include our order processing time.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your chosen shipping method, and your destination. We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over within the contiguous US/UK.
5. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the UK/EU: Please be aware that these are considered international shipments. You, as the customer, are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs brokerage fees that may be charged by your country's customs authorities.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
7. What if My Order is Delayed?
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays are inevitable. If your order is significantly delayed, please first use your tracking number for the most accurate update.
